Where it excels and where it fails
The staff is exceptional! Lorena and her team made us feel welcome and ensured a seamless stay. The views from the rooms, especially at sunset, were simply stunning.
Check-in experienced a hiccup due to long wait times. it detracted a bit from our arrival. Breakfast pricing felt high. there are better local options.

perfectly situated for exploring parks and famous landmarks in chicago
During my stay, I loved how easy it was to walk to both the Chicago Theatre just a short stroll away and the breathtaking views of Cloud Gate, making my city exploration truly enjoyable. I also appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist while adding to the overall pleasant experience. but the decor in the room was a little dated, which could use some refreshing.

The location was prime, offering stunning views of the river and city, especially from the breakfast deck, which featured complimentary bread that was delightful. However, the room I initially booked with two beds was not available, leading to a frustrating cancellation process that resulted in losing my payment with no refund. Additionally, the on-site market had steep prices that didn't feel justified for the items offered.

We had a wonderful time in our spacious Premium Queen Room with two queen beds and a stunning city view. The quick room service for late-night snacks was a lovely surprise. The indoor swimming pool and the comfy leisure room made for relaxing evenings after our busy days. The only hiccup was the parking situation, which could be a bit tight, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay! 😊

Awesome staff and views!
The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially at the sky bar where we chilled after the Cubs game. The location is great, just a quick walk to the river. Just wish they had cleaned the halls better. found some wrappers. Overall, solid spot if you're in town for a game!

The room was clean and had stunning views of the skyline. I really liked the early check-in option. Charging ports near the bed were a nice touch too. Only downside was the on-site market was pretty pricey, but at least it was there when you needed it.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, and I loved the comfort of the Premium Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and Skyline View. Unfortunately, the shower pressure was disappointing, and I struggled to find any helpful tourist information at the hotel. All in all, it's a decent place if you're looking to explore the city but could use some improvements in service details.
